Ms. Fox is Vice President and a principal of CWH.  She has worked with the company since 1989.  She has extensive experience developing and administering written tests, performance measures, assessment centers, biographical resumes, job analyses, surveys, and other related processes for entry-level and promotional positions in Fire, Police, and private sector.  Ms. Fox is responsible for researching, creating, and implementing innovative product solutions, such as new entry-level tests and situational judgment test formats.  She holds a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Denver. Before joining CWH, Ms. Fox had over 10 years of experience in business management and project management, including the design, development, production, and introduction of innovative products in the financial services and personnel consulting fields.

Most recently Kathy has been the Project Manager and lead test developer for theEntry-level Written Test for Los Angeles County Fire Department (2004 - 2005), the project manager and lead test developer for the new version of the Selection Solutions Law Enforcement test validated at Rhode Island State Patrol (2004), the project manager and lead consultant for Written test and Assessment Center development and administration for Brighton, CO Police Dept (Sergeant)., Denver CO Police Dept. (Sergeant), Northglenn, CO Police Dept.(Sergeant), Aurora Police (Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain) and Fire Department (Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief), and Tuscaloosa, AL Fire Dept  (Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain), Orange County FEMS, FL (Lieutenant) (2001 - 2003), and she conducted job analysis, test development, and validation studies of five Accounting Series Written Tests and Structured Oral Interviews for Personnel Board of Jefferson County, AL (2001).
